PAD THAIpepper

Famous Thai noodle dish pan fried with bean sprouts, egg, grounded peanuts, anchovy sauce and peanut sauce(Gluten free).
Served with your choice of:
Chicken / Fried Tofu / Shrimp / Mixed Vegetables / Scallop / Beef.
Vegan Pad Thai:
(Soy Mushroom Sauce instead of anchovy sauce and no egg). Your choice of Fried Tofu, Mixed Vegetables or either both.
Spice Levels: Mild/ Medium/ Hot/ Volcano/ Suicide.
If additional items are added i.e. Chicken, Tofu, Shrimp, Scallop or Vegetable Cost $2.00 extra each.

TAMARIND GINGERED BEEF

Tamarind puree, sesame seed oil, ginger, chili flakes and medium spiced.
Served with: Ginger Beef, garlic, Mushrooms, Red and Green Peppers, Snow Peas with rice noodles. Medium to Hot spiced.


FRIED NOODLES

Olive oil, soy-mushroom sauce and vegetable broth.
Mushrooms, Broccoli, snow-peas, green peppers, bean sprouts and parsley, stir fried with olive oil and rice noodles. A delicate flavor, which can be spice hot upon your request.

MADRAS CURRY

A selected blend of spices combined with curry powder. This dish is designed for people who appreciates hot spices. For instance its levels are only hot, volcano or suicide.
Served with: Satey chicken, fresh chopped Spanish onions, and mushrooms and bean sprouts on a bed of Basmati rice.(Gluten free, if not made with satey chicken)


TIKI MASSALA

Tomato based sauce with Red Curry and chopped Thai Basil, Medium spiced.
Served with: Satey chicken, red and green peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas and fresh mushrooms on a bed of Basmati rice


MASAMAN CURRY

Tamarind puree, cinnamon, coconut milk, anchovy sauce and medium spiced.
Served with: Satey chicken, red and sweet potatoes, green beans. On a bed of Basmati rice. Medium spiced.


GREEN CURRY

Green Curry paste boiled with coconut Milk, soy sauce and spices.
Served with: Satey chicken, baby corn, english-cucumber, green beans and fresh mushrooms. On a bed of Basmati rice. Hot spiced.


RED CURRY

Red Curry paste boiled with coconut milk, sweet chili sauce and hot spices.
Served with: Satey chicken, red and green peppers, snow-peas, zucchini and fresh mushrooms. On a bed of Basmati rice. Very hot spiced.(Gluten free, if not made with satey chicken)

MANGO CHICKEN

Fresh Mangoes mixed with soy sauce, mild spices and sesame seed oil.
Served with: Satey chicken, red and green peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas and fresh mushrooms on a bed of Basmati rice. Mild spiced.


BUTTER CHICKEN

The traditional tomato based butter chicken sauce served with fresh chicken breasts cubed and marinated on a garan masala sauce, diced tomatoes and sprinkled with fresh cilantro leaves on a bed of Basmati rice. (Gluten free).

NOTE: CURRY OR RICE DISHES CAN ALSO BE SERVED ON BROWN OR COCONUT RICE OR EITHER ON NOODLES AS YOU PLEASED, INSTEAD OF BASMATI RICE.
